The Law Offices of Edwin B. Zaslow, P.L., practices primarily in the area of wills, trusts and estates. We also handle tax matters, guardianship and elder law, Medicaid planning, business and corporate law, real estate transactions, and litigation related to these areas.
Our estate planning philosophy: Your peace of mind is our goal when we work together to plan your estate. This means knowing that your property will be distributed according to your wishes.
We use sophisticated estate planning techniques to reduce or eliminate, where possible, the tax and administrative expenses your heirs and beneficiaries will incur at your death. However, we realize that taxes and expenses are not the only important factors to consider when planning for our clients.
Edwin B. Zaslow, Esq., is Board Certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Mr. Zaslow first attained his Board Certification in 1992.
